Lynn Kingsbury as Project Manager and Owner’s Representative administered the full house green retrofit while maintaining the historic integrity. She assembled and managed a full team of contractors, designers, subs, and vendors. Extensive research of green building materials and construction practices were done and incorporated into the house. She managed all the fiscal responsibilities for the renovation. She is the coordinator for the promotional vendor program, events, and contact for professionals and the public.
Lynn Kingsbury is a certified green building professional by Build It Green, the nonprofit organization that promotes energy and resource efficient building practices. Kingsbury Projects has been restoring, retrofitting, and renovating historic buildings since the 1980’s.
Lynn Kingsbury has received both state and national recognition for the restoration of historic homes which have been featured in magazines and showcased in home and garden tours.
