Timeline Design was the design firm and contractor on the project.  Timeline Design chief designer Keith Quiggins brought the house up to date by adding a family room and powder room, opening up the kitchen, and reconfiguring the bathrooms.

The firm completed demolition on the main and upper level.  All original 1936 tiles, wood paneling, and doors were salvaged to be reused in the house and the appliances were saved and sold.

Timeline Design electricians upgraded the home’s electrical system and rewired the kitchen, master bathroom, and family room.  Plumbers removed the lead pipes and installed copper plumbing.

In the new family room, the ceiling was raised and engineered wood beams were installed to match the original beams in the living room.  In the sunroom, new wood paneling was installed that blends with the original paneling.

Timeline Design installed new Energy Star appliances, sustainable cabinets and recycled glass countertops in the kitchen.  In the bathrooms, new sinks, dual-flush toilets, low flow fixtures, bathroom glass and mirrors were used. TorZo Surface’s recycled wood countertop was installed in the powder room and Modwalls’ recycled glass tile was installed in the master bathroom.

Timeline Design repaired the stucco exterior and installed high-efficiency exterior doors outside the house.
